Meet Raleigh Tyler

Raleigh, our A/C Supervisor, started over 30 years ago with Robert Palmer, founder of Palmer Electric. He began as a self-proclaimed “grunt” in the warehouse, later became a service tech, and stepped into a leadership role in 1999 when Mark and Patty Palmer launched Mark Palmer Electric and Air. He has grown with the company every step of the way.



He’s NATE certified, holds a journeyman’s license, and credits much of his expertise to hands-on learning. His stories—full of humor and heart—reflect the values Robert and Mark taught, especially our favorite saying: “Get ‘er done!”

Outside of work, Raleigh enjoys hunting, fishing, caring for his cows, and spending time with his wife, Secara, their five kids, and four grandkids. Though retirement is always asked about, Raleigh insists he’ll never fully stop—“Idle hands are the devil’s workshop,” he laughs.

He starts every morning with a cheerful “Hey, Sug!” and keeps the team smiling. Raleigh brings joy, grit, and heart to everything he does.

Meet Cindy

If you’ve ever called the office, chances are you’ve talked to Cindy. She’s been with us for over 23 years and has done it all—from answering phones to managing accounts receivable, and keeping everyone (especially Logan) in line.
 
Cindy is the soul of our team and the one who makes every day a lot more fun. Her favorite part of the job? “That it doesn’t feel like work. It’s like hanging with family every day.”
 
When it comes to unforgettable memories, nothing beats the time Mark Palmer made her measure him from head to toe for his racing suit. (Just ask her about it next time you see her.)
 
Outside of work, Cindy loves spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and five grandkids—especially cheering them on at their sporting events.

Loyal, hilarious, and full of heart—Cindy is one of a kind, just like the company she’s helped grow for more than two decades.

Meet Nicole

Nicole is our powerhouse of positivity and organization. Since joining the crew in 2018, she has been an essential part of keeping operations running smoothly as office manager and head of electrical.

Through it all, she manages to keep her electricians in line - always with love, patience and laughter. With her quick wit and caring nature, she has a way of keeping everyone motivated and connected.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys camping, spending time with her family and friends, and taking joyrides on her golfcart throughout her neighborhood.

 For Nicole, the best part of her job is the people because "It's like one big family". Nicole's perfect mix of warmth, determination, and drive light up the workplace, making her an invaluable part of the Mark Palmer family.

Meet Mia

Mia is the newest member of the team! She focuses on helping the office with scheduling, marketing, and with whatever is needed around the office.

In the short time she's been here, she already feels like she's been welcomed into the office family and loves the lighthearted, easygoing atmosphere.

Outside of work, you can find her reading a good book, spending time with her family, or playing music with her friends.

She will always be ready to help out any customer or friend, and is a great addition to the team!
